Our Mission

Rocket fix was born to fix faulty gadgets and save them from landfills. We love to see you get the most out of your gadget before you finally say goodbye.

We believe that no electronic gadget that is repairable should end up in a landfill as e-waste. It is unfortunate that many users are unable to get their gadget fixed after their warranty period ends or find that fixing it will cost as much as buying a new device. So we built RocketFix to fix your broken gadgets and help make them work longer.

Our Journey

Rocket fix is the brainchild of Ashok Kaggala, a passionate electronics geek who tasted first solder working as a trained technician for Xiaomi and Asus.

His multiple stints at different repair organisations over five years made him understand the problems gadget owners face and the hardships device manufacturers put them through. This made him realise that a repair organisation that caters to the needs of devices having niche issues is a necessity and lead him to establish Rocket Fix in 2020.
