How does doorstep repair work?
When you call us, we will enquire about the problems you are facing with your phone or laptop. Our Service Executive (SE) will understand the problem you are facing and will schedule a visit to your address at the time of your convenience. Our SE will arrive at your door at the scheduled time with the right tools and spares to fix your gadget. He/she will repair your gadget at your doorstep and issue you an e-invoice. You can pay by cash or through electronic means.

Can I visit your service center for repairs?
Yes. You can visit any of our Service Partners near your home and get your gadget fixed. Find the complete list of Service Partners here. We have strived hard to ensure that you get the same quality of service at our Service Partners.
What are advanced repairs?
Most of our repairs like screen replacement, battery replacement and software fixes are done at your doorstep. But some repairs like replacing components on a motherboard require a tools which are not portable. We call such repairs advanced repairs and these will be done at our Service Partner facilities. For advanced repairs you can visit our service partners or handover your gadget to our service executive when he/she arrives at your home. You will be provided an acknowledgement by our Service Executive when you choose to hand us your gadget.
What is the turnaround time for advanced repairs?
Advanced repairs are subject to availability of components. Our executive will let you know about the turn around time after analysing the issues with your gadget. It is typically between 1 to 2 weeks depending on the availability of components.
How much does it cost me to get my gadget repaired?
We have some of the lowest prices for parts and fees for service in the industry. We will not charge you unless we perform a repair. You can enquire about the estimated cost for your service when you call us to book an appointment.
Do you provide warranty for replacement parts?
Yes. Rocket Fix uses high quality, A-grade replacement parts and we are pleased to offer you a 6 month warranty on all replacement parts.
How do I pay for my repairs?
You can pay our Service Executive or Service Partner through cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, PayTm etc) or net banking. Cheques are not accepted. Card payments subject to availability.
